​Keep Standing

Several war movies will end with the last scene showing the battle to the end, with the leader encouraging his men (and women) to stand strong; to not turn away in fear. How appropriate for men today, to keep standing.

In Galatians 5:1 we are commanded to heed the Word of the Lord.  “It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.” (NASB)

As we continue to approach the end of days we have to have that inner strength and courage to stand against the evil in our day. The spiritual enemies we face continually seek to wear us down, discourage us, cause us even to want to quit at times.

But we can’t.

With the help of other brothers, leaders and friends committed to walk with us, we will make it, we will succeed, we will overcome and join in the victory with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Yeshua HaMashiach. He is the Beginning and the End, the Alpha and Omega.

Our faith starts with Him. Our journey will end with Him as we keep standing.

I encourage you to find men of the same spirit that will walk with you, share the ups and downs, and press on for the goal that is before us.

“Not that I have already grasped it all or have already become perfect, but I press on if I may also take hold of that for which I was even taken hold of by Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:12, NASB

Our walk does not end until He takes us home. By His Grace and mercy, we will be the men of God that He has made us to be.
